RCB MANAGEMENT:

Teams had geared up to go against RCB to fight for KL Rahul as well, but they pulled out of the bidding war once the price reached Rs 10.75 crore, with the Karnataka batter eventually being bought by Delhi Capitals at Rs 14 crore.

At first glance, even after having spent 82.25 crore, the team doesn’t come off as the strongest team. But closer look at the roster and balance suggests that the team has been formed carefully analysing the requirements of the team. RCB’s probable XI is a well-knit pack of players that can each cause trouble to their opponents. RCB will have a reunion with Indian veteran Bhuvneshwar Kumar and he would be paired up with Josh Hazlewood to hopefully pick up wickets in the Powerplay. With Virat Kohli seemingly back in form and the acquistion of the explosive Phil Salt, their opening combination could rank among the best for the upcoming season.
